There is no cost to sign up for access to VendHound. While posting available vending locations and creating a business profile are free, a subscription is required to generate a vending location list.
How does VendHound compile and send vending location listings?
Our vending location reports are built using detailed criteria provided by our Location Managers, including business type, foot traffic volume, security measures, and accepted payment methods. When you create your own custom profile, you’ll use these same filters to receive highly tailored listings.

Am I guaranteed placement for one or more of my machines?
While VendHound makes it easy to connect with Location Managers actively seeking vending operators, final placement decisions are entirely up to them. Think of it like pitching your business — the better your proposal aligns with their needs, the more likely you are to secure the location.
How does Route Swap differ from regular location listings?
Route Swap allows you to buy or sell established vending routes, including all existing agreements with Location Managers. It’s perfect for operators looking to expand quickly by acquiring proven routes. This differs from our vending location listings, which feature untapped opportunities where no machines have yet been placed.
How do I become a VendHound affiliate?
Email team@vendhound.com with the subject “Affiliate Inquiry” and include a brief intro, your audience (realtor, property manager, vending operator, creator), and where you plan to promote. We’ll reply with the next steps for you to get registered.
What are the affiliate commission rates?
Current default monthly commissions per active, paying referral are: Base Plan — $25/month, Prime Plan — $40/month, Elite Plan — $75/month. Commissions accrue as long as the subscriber remains active and paid.
How are referrals tracked?
You’ll generate a custom promo code for subscribers to input during signup. When someone subscribes using your code, the system attributes that subscriber to you and applies the correct monthly commission based on their plan.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed monthly for the prior month’s confirmed commissions (after any refund windows). You’ll receive a summary with the number of active referrals, plan tiers, and total payout.
What payment methods do you support for payouts?
We currently only support PayPal.
Are free trials or refunded subscriptions commissionable?
Commissions start only when a referral becomes an active, paying subscriber. Refunded or canceled accounts do not generate commissions for the refunded/canceled period.
Is there anything I need to disclose when promoting VendHound?
Yes. Be sure to include a simple disclosure wherever you share your code, such as: “If you purchase using my link or code, I may earn a commission.”
